Easy run with Ashley, Sam, and Jocelyn after work. Enjoyed running in the daylight for a change, and with the family. Think this may have been our first run together as a family of four!

Spent a full day in the Cities looking at houses. Rest day.

Parked at the Visitor Center. Think I came down with some sort of allergy/cold yesterday, so didn't feel great. Good to run when you don't feel great though, for the mental training especially. And good to know what you can expect from your body physically when it's not 100%. Had hoped to go a little longer (especially with the nice, spring-ish weather now invading the Upper Midwest), but I'll take it.

Think I'm starting to get the hang of the early morning, weekday routine. As much as the hang can be gotten, I guess. Happy to have made it out the door 4 out of 5 mornings. It certainly makes for a longer day (and an earlier bedtime), but to run is better than to not run. And there are worse things in life than waking up under starry skies.
