This has nothing to do with running, and everything to do with running:

I think it would be fun to have this poster!

Word . . . or as a coffee mug? Coffee drinking feels like it fosters that "keeping calm and carrying on" mentality.

We should probably explore Barter Books before making our final decision.

MJ: Yeah, there's something catchy and resonating about this combination of words. Ashley and I have a friend here, Julie Steller, who said this about it:

"I LOVE this documentary. I bought a copy of this poster when I was in England many years ago, before it became so popular in the US. It is a good reminder to me that I am not in control, and am called to be faithful ("Carry On"), trusting ("Keep Calm") the good purposes of the One who is at work for us all."

I really loved the meaning she attached to each phrase. Even though I doubt the author of the poster had this in mind, is there more motivating rationale in the universe to "Keep Calm" and "Carry On" than God's faithfulness and goodness to those He loves?

Keep Calm,
Carry On,
Chris
